Product Description
l Optical Material: Borofloat Glass, UVFS
l Silicon Dioxide Protective Layer
l Working Wavelength: 250 nm-600 nm, 250 nm-450 nm
l Application: Optical Path Deflection, Beam Splitting
UV-enhanced aluminum-coated mirrors are highly suitable for beam deflection (O-shaped, elliptical) and beam splitting (D-shaped) across a broad ultraviolet spectrum, offering high reflectivity over a wide spectral range. The reflection of the beam occurs on the metal film surface, eliminating chromatic aberration. However, metal films are prone to oxidation, discoloration, or peeling in high-humidity environments. Tuniu's UV-enhanced aluminum-coated mirrors feature a protective silicon dioxide layer on the surface to isolate the metal film from direct contact with air, preventing oxidation and preserving optical performance. Tuniu offers UV-enhanced aluminum-coated mirrors in various shapes, including circular, elliptical, and D-shaped, among others. All our mirrors undergo precision machining and strict quality control to ensure that Tuniu provides high-quality mirror products at reasonable prices. Attributes
Metal Film Flat Mirrors, UV-enhanced Aluminum Coating: 250 nm-600 nm, Circular
l Substrate Material: Borofloat Glass, UVFS
l Application: Optical Path Deflection
Tuniu offers UV-enhanced aluminum-coated flat mirrors, which are highly suitable for beam deflection in the ultraviolet spectral range, featuring high reflectivity across a broad spectrum. The reflection of the beam on the metal-coated surface does not introduce chromatic aberration. Metal coatings are prone to oxidation, discoloration, or peeling in high-humidity environments. Tuniu's metal-coated mirrors are coated with a layer of silicon dioxide protective film on the surface to isolate the metal coating from direct contact with air, preventing oxidation and preserving optical performance.
Metal Film Flat Mirrors, UV-enhanced Aluminum Coating: 250 nm-600 nm, Elliptical
l Substrate Material: UVFS
l Dimensions: Elliptical, Minor Axis 12.7 mm or Minor Axis 25.4 mm
Tuniu offers elliptical ultraviolet-enhanced aluminum-coated metal plane mirrors with short axes of 12.7 mm or 25.4 mm. Metal-coated mirrors are highly suitable for deflecting broadband light sources, as they provide high reflectivity across a wide spectral range. Metal coatings are prone to oxidation, discoloration, or peeling in high-humidity environments. To prevent direct contact between the metal coating and air, Tuniu's metal-coated mirrors are coated with a protective layer of silicon dioxide on the surface.
Metal Film Flat Mirrors, UV-enhanced Aluminum Coating: 250 nm-450 nm, D-shaped
l Substrate Material: UVFS
l Application: Beam Splitting
Tuniu offers D-shaped UV-enhanced coated mirrors with high reflectivity across a broad spectrum, suitable for selecting one beam from two closely spaced beams. Additionally, the backside of the mirror's straight edge features a wedge-shaped cut at a 45° angle, facilitating beam splitting for diverging or converging beams. Metal coatings are prone to oxidation, discoloration, or peeling in high-humidity environments. Tuniu's metal-coated mirrors are protected by a layer of silicon dioxide coating on the surface, which isolates the metal coating from direct contact with air, preventing oxidation and preserving optical performance.
Metal Film Flat Mirrors, UV-enhanced Aluminum Coating: 250 nm-600 nm, Economical Type
l Substrate Material: Borofloat Glass
l Available in Ø1/2 inch, Ø1 inch, and Ø2 inch
Tuniu offers cost-effective UV-enhanced aluminum-coated flat mirrors suitable for beam deflection in the ultraviolet spectral range, featuring high reflectivity across a broad spectrum. The beam reflects off the metal coating surface without introducing chromatic aberration. Since metal coatings are prone to oxidation, discoloration, or peeling in high-humidity environments, Tuniu's metal-coated mirrors are protected with a layer of silicon dioxide to isolate the metal coating from direct contact with air, preventing oxidation and preserving optical performance. Compared to standard UV-enhanced aluminum-coated mirrors, the cost-effective version has relatively inferior surface quality and reflectivity but comes at a lower price.
