l Dual-sided narrowband polarizing beamsplitter coating design, with an extinction ratio of Tp:Ts > 10000:1 at 45° incidence angle
l UV fused silica substrate with 9 optional operating wavelengths within the 405 nm-1550 nm spectral range
l Available with two size options: circular (25.4 mm diameter) and rectangular (36 mm × 25 mm)
Tuniu polarizing plate beamsplitters are designed to separate the polarization components of incident light, transmitting p-polarized light while reflecting s-polarized light. Manufactured from UV-grade fused silica, each beamsplitter features a narrowband polarizing coating on both optical surfaces and is available at nine standard wavelengths: 405 nm, 532 nm, 780 nm, 808 nm, 1030 nm, 1064 nm, 1310 nm, and 1550 nm. At a 45° angle of incidence, these beamsplitters achieve an extinction ratio of Tp:Ts > 10,000:1. Tuniu offers two standard formats: Ø25.4 mm circular version (5.0 mm thick): Includes a side indicator arrow pointing toward the incident surface. The exit face incorporates a 30 arcmin wedge to suppress back reflections and ghosting; 25 mm × 36 mm rectangular version (1.0 mm thick): Designed without a wedge, making it well-suited for compact optical layouts. Both faces can be used for incidence. With superior polarization performance and flexible design options, Tuniu beamsplitters are ideal for applications requiring high extinction ratios and precise polarization control. Customization are also available, including alternative materials, wavelengths, sizes, and thicknesses. For customization, please contact Tuniu Technical Support.
Attributes
Laser Line Polarizing Plate Beamsplitters, Laser Line Single Wavelength, Round·
l Transmits p-polarized light, reflects s-polarized light
l 30 arcmin wedge angle design on rear surface to reduce ghosting
The polarization plate beamsplitter provided by Tuniu is a polarization optical component used to separate different polarization components (p-light and s-light) of incident light, and can be used to obtain two linearly polarized beams with orthogonal polarization directions. Unlike the Brewster angle design of traditional polarization plate beamsplitters, the optimal incident angle design of Tuniu polarization plate beamsplitters is 45°, with an extinction ratio of Tp:Ts > 10000:1.
Laser Line Polarizing Plate Beam Splitter, Laser Line Single Wavelength, Rectangular
l Transmits p-polarized light, reflects s-polarized light
l Parallel front and rear surfaces, 1.0 mm thickness, more suitable for compact optical paths
