The Tuniu Broadband Polarizing Beamsplitter Cube consists of two right-angle prisms. The prism with a black dot on top indicates that its hypotenuse is coated with a dielectric polarizing beamsplitter coating, which reflects S-polarized light and transmits P-polarized light. Any of the four sides of the cube can serve as the incident surface to separate P-polarized and S-polarized light. For optimal polarization performance, it is recommended that the incident light enters from the right-angle side of the prism coated with the polarizing beamsplitter coating. Tuniu offers polarizing beamsplitter cubes made of N-SF1 material in various sizes, with four anti-reflection coating options of 420 nm-680 nm, 620 nm-1000 nm, 900 nm-1300 nm, and 1200 nm-1600 nm. Tuniu integrats the 20.0 mm polarizing beamsplitter cube in a cube housing compatible with the 16 mm coaxial systems. A reference line is engraved on the top of the housing to indicate optical path direction. The housing features M3 threaded holes on the sides, and ensures compatibility with the 16 mm coaxial systems via the Ø4 mm coaxial system mounting posts. Additionally, the housing includes four SM05 internal threaded ports on the side, allowing simultaneous compatibility with the 12.7 mm lens tubes. Moreover, the coaxial cube is equipped with M4 threaded holes at the bottom for mounting posts.

The 25.4 mm beamsplitter cube is pre-installed in a coaxial cube housing for convenient, ready-to-use integration. Any of the four sides can serve as the incident surface to separate P-polarized and S-polarized light. For optimal polarization performance, it is recommended that the incident light enters from the right-angle side of the prism coated with the polarizing beamsplitter coating for transmitting P-polarized light and reflecting S-polarized light.
